Hi, I'm Franka
I’m a UX Researcher & Designer with a background in psychology and human factors engineering. I love getting to the core of what moves and motivates people and co-creating ways to solve real user problems.
I have supported more than 200 startups, social entrepreneurs and innovators in NGOs as a Design Thinking Coach and UX Consultant in creating meaningful, human-centered solutions.
With a toolkit full of research methods, UI design skills, data competence and workshop facilitation experience, I am an expert for shaping excellent user experiences and innovations that balance business and social impact.
Based in Aix-en-Provence, I work in German, English & French.
