Here’s a sneak peak:

• Improving findability and orientation on a mobility-centered intranet section to reduce overhead for internal teams andimprove self-service. This case study features user interviews and card sorting, UX workshops, reworking the information architecture and developing wireframes for an easy-to-use page layout.
• Research on lowering barriers for new market entrants in the energy sector, starting with a discovery phase including expert interviews and concept testing in a workshop setting with end users, moving into a co-creation & wireframing phase, leading up to some insightful user testing.
• Accompanying MVP development to onboard a new user group to the customer platform of a TSO in the energy sector. This story starts with a gap-analysis and balancing internal stakeholder requirements with user needs, then prioritizing features and ensuring stakeholder buy in for user testing.
• Developing the first mobile app design for a social supply chain startup, focussing on intercultural accessibility and allowing the startup to move to proof of concept phase.
• Creation and implementation of a coaching curriculum for user centered startup development, including target group discovery, value proposition, lean startup, hypotheses & concept testing, finishing in a pitch training.
