Hi, I'm Franka
I’m a Senior UX Researcher & Designer with a background in psychology and human factors engineering. I love getting to the core of real user needs, co-creating ways to solve problems and making sure everyone is on board for the ride.
From large multinational companies to startups just starting out, from public sector organizations and ministries to social entrepreneurs and NGOs, I have a track record of helping companies bringing their user-centeredness to the next level. By combining my experience in UX Research & Design with my experience as a Design Thinking Coach and Change Management Consultant, I can help you not only in creating meaningful, human-centered solutions but also in getting the stakeholder buy-in necessary to bring them to life.
Based in Aix-en-Provence, I work in German, English & French.
